Technical Description:

Stools are manufactured completely from 304 stainless steel as per ASTM A167 with 11 Gauge (3.0 mm) thick. Stool is completely closed from the bottom side with 11 Gauge (3.0 mm) thick 304 stainless steel as per ASTM A167 in order to prevent storage of malicious items.

All edges are smooth to avoid injuries.

Stool mounts to frame with full welding. The mounting is completely vandal proof.

Technical Description – Fixation Bolts

Complete structure is mounted on the floor with 20 Security Torx screws M8 with stainless steel sleeve. This fixation is providing a secure and completely vandal proof installation.

In cases of floor wiring at the area of installation M8 x 40 mm screws with 40 mm length metallic sleeves are used.

In any other case M8 x 60 screws with 60 mm length metallic sleeves are used.

Technical Description For Frame:

Stainless Steel Table with Stools is manufactured from the following components:

Frame manufactured from S275JR 50x50x3mm SHS fully welded

Ten base plates manufactured from S275JR Structural Steel 6 mm thickness

Stainless steel table top made from 304 stainless steel 14 Gauge (2.0mm) thickness as per ASTM A167, fully closed from top and bottom to prevent storage of malicious items and sound insulated with plywood fully enclosed into stainless steel. Full tabletop is reinforced by a frame manufactured from S 275 JR/ASTM A 36 / 30 x 30 x 3 mm SHS Electrostatically Powder Coated fully welded and enclosed into stainless steel.

Eight stainless steel stools made from 304 stainless steel 11 Gauge (3.0mm) thickness as per ASTM A167 fully closed from top and bottom to prevent storage of malicious items

Twenty Security Torx screws and stainless steel plugs (included).

Complete construction is fully welded to provide a secure and vandal proof product.

All corners are rounded and all parallel posts are installed at a suicide proof distance.

 

Frame and base plates are completely manufactured from Structural Steel S275 JR as per ASTM A36 50x50x3 mm Square Hollow Section, 30x30x3 Square Hollow Section and 6mm sheet. Complete structure is fully welded all around the square tubes and then grinded for a cosmetic appearance.

Technical Description –Frame structural steel:

The middle posts that support the table are reinforced with 45 mm round bars for additional protection in vandalism. All parallel posts are installed at a suicide proof distance.

Complete structure is fully leveled and measured at each stage of welding then sand blasted and Electrostatically Powder Coated to RAL 7045.
